Stretch side-by-side, breathe together, and watch your child as they try something new at this yoga class hosted by The Workshop LI and Yogibop. Caregiver & Me is a bilingual class (offered in English & Spanish) that combines yoga, music, and storytelling.

Workshop offers a wide range of experiences: toddler music and open sensory play, emotional art classes for kids, youth drama workshops, adult poetry nights, sound baths, watercolor sessions, and a essential oil aromatherapy bar.
