Celebrate Halloween with locals at this exciting, free carnival at La Verne Heritage Park. Participants ages 3-21 can pre-register and receive a free food ticket. There will be carnival-themed food, music, games, entertainment, and prizes. A special welcome is extended to those with special needs and their families.
