Young children can enjoy meditation, movement, and songs in active, family-friendly yoga. This program uses music, yoga play, props, and stories to help children establish a connection with their caregivers while benefiting from active movement and mindfulness. 

Storytime Yoga takes place before the library opens to the public.

Registration is required.
